Offramp Pix keys
Manage the recipient Pix keys that can receive offramp payments for each environment.
The Pix Keys page controls the recipient Pix keys that can receive offramp payments. A payment can go only to a key in this list.
Where to find it
Sidebar → Pix Keys. You need the organization.update
permission to view or manage this page. Users without that permission
do not see the sidebar item and see a locked page if they open the URL.
Pix-key lists are environment-scoped. Use the instance picker at the top of the dashboard to switch between Sandbox and Production. Changes apply only to the selected environment.
Add a Pix key
- Select the environment where the recipient will receive payments.
- Click Add Pix Key. If the list is empty, click Add your first Pix Key.
- Enter the recipient key. Nora accepts a CNPJ, email address, Brazilian phone number, or random Pix key (EVP). A CNPJ key must be your organization's own CNPJ; CPF keys are not accepted.
- Click Add Pix Key.
The new key appears in the list when the save completes. You cannot add the same key twice in one environment.
Remove a Pix key
- Find the key in the list.
- Click the remove icon on its row.
- Review the key in the confirmation dialog.
- Click Remove Pix Key.
The key cannot receive future offramp payments after removal. Add it again if you removed it by mistake.
Gotchas
- Sandbox and Production are separate. Adding or removing a key in one environment does not change the other.
- The list is an allowlist. A recipient key that is not listed cannot receive an offramp payment.
- Removal needs confirmation. The dialog names the exact key that will stop receiving payments.
